Even though all care has been taken place to enable as many people to enjoy our energy bars, they are not suitable for people that are allergic to tree nuts.
Has it got protein?
Yes, our energy bars contain 12 grams of plant protein / 100 grams from a range of nuts such as walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts.
Is it suitable as a meal replacement?
We recommend using our energy bars as part of a healthy and balanced diet.
Our energy bars contain 490 calories / 100 grams and should be in line with the recommended daily calorie intake of 2,000 calories a day for women and 2,500 for men.
When is the best time to eat them?
Our energy bars suit a range of everyday and sports activities and therefore can be eaten before, during or after exercise. We recommend eating our energy bars 20-30 minutes before exercising or as a highly nutritious breakfast paired with a protein shake. Find what works for your body and activity best.

At Brainy Bar we are serious about our impact on the planet.

We package our bars in biodegradable EN13432 compostable PLA bags.
We use local suppliers to minimise our carbon footprint.
We use recycled and compostable, plastic-free packaging to deliver your energy bars.
Our shipping partner, Royal Mail, also has the lowest reported carbon emmissions per parcel of any major U.K delivery company.

Where are the bars made?
All of our energy bars are currently hand-made in our own 4/5 Food Hygiene Licensed Kitchen by our founders who hold a Level 2 Food and Hygiene Certificate.
